There, lying on a sky-blue beach towel, lay a woman like none Tony had ever seen. Tony's head jerked sharply downward toward the source of the greeting. So he was a bit startled when a voice spoke from somewhere just a yard or two in front of his feet. So absorbed was Tony in making these observations that he wasn't even aware that he was still walking slowly up the beach. In a couple of cases-both too far away to see clearly-the woman was lying down with the boy on top of her, apparently sharing a long, strangely rhythmic hug. And yet there were frequent signs of affection between them: hugs, hair-tousling, play-wrestling, backrubs, even kisses on the lips. Tony initially assumed that these woman-boy pairs were mothers and sons, but being an observant sort, he soon noticed that many of the boys bore no resemblance to the women they were with. Others were sitting, talking, or playing with one or more of the ladies. Some of the boys played with their peers, swimming together or tossing beach balls. Every single adult-beachgoers, lifeguards, vendors-was a lady, and every child was a boy. There were not quite as many as before, but what struck him was the type of people who were missing: As far as he could see, there were no adult men, no old people, and no girls. Maybe he just hadn't noticed it?īut the biggest difference, he realized, was the people. The lifeguard towers were different, too, being made of whitewashed wood rather than rusting metal he saw one about sixty feet behind him that he didn't even remember passing. There was no parking lot on the far side, opposite the water, and instead of the concrete structures that housed bathrooms and changing areas, there were little wooden huts with grass roofs. Surprised by this sudden shift from mundane to exotic, Tony looked up and realized that he didn't know where he was. Even the sand changed it had been a dull, uniform brown where he started, but here it was variously pearly white, sparkling tan, and volcanic black. And as he walked farther down the beach, the types of rocks and shells changed, becoming more colorful and diverse. Although it was mainly sand, the sand was liberally ornamented with shells and smooth rocks of different sizes and colors. So he turned his attention to the beach itself. A pang went through his chest when he saw a woman rubbing sunblock on the face and neck of a squirming, red-faced boy about his age. Second, his mom had almost certainly intended to give him a single, not a five.įor a little while, he looked mainly at the people he passed by: families with blankets and coolers, elderly couples in beach chairs, young siblings throwing Frisbees, gaggles of chatting teenagers. First, his mom had given him money, when all he had planned to ask for was permission to take a walk down the beach. He took the money and walked off down the shoreline, feeling lucky on two counts. "Go get a soda and look for beach glass, or.fish, or something." "Here," she said, thrusting a five-dollar bill at him without looking at it or him. So he approached her from the side, trying not to be too intrusive.

The previous afternoon, after Eddie had offered to take them to the beach and his mother had accepted with that fake-sexy voice she always used with guys she was interested in, the first thing she’d said after she hung up the phone was, “Don’t screw this up for me.”īut he needed something to do. He had brought a Frisbee, hoping that Eddie might want to play, but he saw that his mother had already started flirting with him, and Tony knew she’d be mad if he interrupted.

Tony had just finished his helping his mom and her new boyfriend, Eddie, set up their blanket, beach chairs, and cooler on the beach. Any resemblance between the characters and persons living or dead is purely coincidental.įriendly reminder: Adults should not have sex with children. (m/F/F, straight shota, big breasts, threesome, oral, vaginal, anal, fingering, handjob…pretty much everything a boy and two women can do together without special equipment)ĭisclaimer: This is a work of fiction.
